The Kai (short length cut)

The Kai is a gender neutral cut for short hair length from above the neckline; including clipper cut, fade, and short styles. Includes shampoo, scalp massage, and any necessary product use for styling. *(Does not include the intricate pixie. See The Bohem) Kai means "keeper of the keys and earth"

The Aalto (medium length cut)

Haircut for medium hair length beyond the neckline but above the shoulders, including bobs, mullets, and medium length styles. Includes shampoo, scalp massage, and any necessary product use for styling. *Aalto means “wave”

The Bohem (long length cut)

Haircuts for long hair length below the shoulders. Includes shampoo, scalp massage, and any necessary product use for styling. **This service includes intricate "pixie" style cuts. Bohem (short for bohemian) means “a gypsy of society”

The Siren (curly cut)

Specialty haircut for curly hair types. This is and educational service, where we do a deep dive into giving you your best Siren hair! Includes shampoo, scalp massage, any necessary product use for styling tailored to your curl type, and diffused or air-dry style. Siren means a “mythical creature, half human + half fish”

The Shag

The Shag haircut has lots of layers, texture and is visually effortless. Mostly paired with bangs and/or a center part, however; it can be cut and styled tailored to your desired look. Includes shampoo & blowout.

For voluminous + fluffy brows. Tame unruly and coarse eyebrow hairs during this process, for a more bold, and clean look. With the correct aftercare, the lamination results will last up to 12 weeks (3 months) Recommended service is every 8-12 weeks.

Lash Lift

A Lash Lift is essentially a perm for your natural lashes. This service will enhance the natural curl of your lashes. With proper care, lasts 4-8 weeks. **Don’t forget to add-on the lash tint! Lash Tint darkens & elongates the lashes. Giving you a mascara free look!

Lash Tint

Lash Tint makes your natural lashes darker to create the appearance of longer and fuller eyelashes. Unlike applying mascara or eyelash extensions, eyelash tinting can last up to four weeks, or until your eyelashes naturally fall out and regrow.

Brow Stain Hybrid Tint + Wax

This service includes an extensive consultation, brow mapping, wax, and Hybrid Stain Tint. This achieves extra-long-lasting results creating bold, defined, and richly pigmented brows. The Hybrid Dye leaves a stain on the skin for up to 10 days and on the brows for up to 6 weeks. *REQUIRES PATCH TEST

Patch Test - Brow Stain / Lash Tint

The Stain Hybrid Dye introduces an innovative Dye designed to achieve richly pigmented and long-lasting results like Henna. Due to skin sensitivities and allergies it is required to do a small patch test in the skin prior to the service. This $5 fee is taken off of the initial service.

Brow Stain Hybrid Tint

This service is for touch up after the initial Hybrid Stain Tint + Wax. This service can be performed every 2 weeks. *REQUIRES PATCH TEST*

Brow Tint (tint ONLY)

Eyebrow tinting is the process of applying semi-permanent or permanent color to enhance, shape, and define your brow hairs. This will not leave a stain on the skin like the hybrid stain.

Extension Consultation

Salty Roots specializes in hairtalk® 100% remy extensions. Extensions are installed using one or multiple methods including: tape-in, weft, or keratin fusion. They are designed to add length, volume, and/or color without the commitment and entirely bespoke to your desired style.

Tape-In / Weft / K-Tip Install

This service is for the initial extension installation. It includes shampoo and blow dry + moving the extension closer to the scalp to compensate for new growth. Depending on your extension method, the required maintenance will be listed on your after care card.

Weft Quick Move-Up | Per Row

$50.00 deposit required

Recommended ONLY at 4 weeks post application and may only be done ONCE after initial application. After Quick Move Up, a complete Removal and Reapplication is required within 4 to 6 weeks due to natural shedding and loss of hair density within the bead. Includes shampoo & blow out.

Gloss/Glaze/Toner (stand alone)

Gloss/Toners can be used to add pigment to hair color that has faded over time or to counteract unwanted colors like yellow tones or brassiness. Gloss/Toners deposit color without shifting your natural color and fade some with every wash. Recommended every 4-6 weeks. Includes shampoo & blow out.

All Over Color

Single Color process of permanent or semi-permanent is applied from roots to ends on hair beyond the shoulders. Extra bowls of color may be needed due to length or thickness ($20/bowl). Includes shampoo & blow out.

Color Re-touch

Use of single color permanent or semi-permanent to touch-up new growth. Includes shampoo & blow out. Recommended every 4-6 weeks. Must not be more than one inch of new growth. Add on gloss for $30

Balayage

‘Balayage’ is free-hand highlighting application used to achieve a more graduated, natural-looking effect with subtle transitions between the chosen hues. Includes any necessary gloss, shampoo & blow out. *Add on Root Smudge/Base Tap/Shadow Root of single color to the base for added depth, to touch up new growth, or gray coverage for $30

Partial Balayage

A partial Balayage is a freehand hair coloring process where highlights are added in the same fashion as a partial foil, around the face or on the upper layer of your hair with a focus on added depth and dimension. Includes any necessary gloss, shampoo & blow out.

Tip Out

Adding highlights/brightness to the very tips (ends) of your hair. Can only be added on to a lightening service. 3-5 $40; 5-10 $55; 10-15 $90

Vivid/Fashion Color (Hourly + Cost)

Vivid/Fashion Color applied directly to hair. No lightening service included. $85+/hr plus the cost of color use $20/tube.

Bleach + Tone / Vivid

A double process requires a two-step process. This service is typically used for achieving an overall platinum/bright blonde, fashion color, or hair previously lifted to light blonde and wanting to go darker. Includes any necessary gloss, shampoo & blowout. *CONSULTATION REQUIRED*

Bleach Re-Touch

Lightener is applied to the new growth from a previous bleach/blonding service. Includes any necessary gloss, shampoo & blow out. Recommended every 4-6 weeks.

Full Foil Virgin

This service highlights the hair from root to tip foil on the entire head, including the underneath sections. This service is done on hair that has no previous color on it. Includes any necessary gloss, shampoo & blow out. *Price depends on length and thickness.

Full Foil Re-touch

Highlights the new growth hair on a Full Foil highlight service. Includes any necessary gloss, shampoo & blow out. Recommended every 6-8 weeks. *Price depends on over all look desired and thickness.

Partial Foil Virgin

Only the hair on the top of the head and side sections above and in front of the ears. This is great for a more natural-look or more dimension. Includes any necessary gloss, shampoo & blow out. *Price depends on length and thickness.

Partial Foil Re-touch

Highlighting the new growth hair on a Partial Foil Virgin service. Includes any necessary gloss, shampoo & blow out. Recommended every 6-8 weeks. *Price depends on length and thickness.

Mini Foil

Low-cost + low-maintenance, a Mini-Foil is approximately 10-20 foils, mostly around your face and throughout the mohawk section. It can help extend the maintenance time in-between full/partial blonding service. Includes any necessary gloss, shampoo & blow out.

Mini Foil + Vivid

A Mini Foil + Vivid Color is approximately 10-15 foils + adding a fashion/vivid color after the highlights are lifted to the required level to achieve the overall look. Includes shampoo & blow out. *Price depends on length and thickness.

Corrective Color

Corrective Color is a color service (may take more than one session) that corrects unwanted results from previous professional or D.I.Y. color. *Consultation required* $65-$85/hr after initial session

This standalone service includes the chelating (minerals, metals, build-up removal) treatment, PH balance/detox shampoo, k18 mist & mask, and blow dry + style.

K18 Add-on Repairing Treatment

K18 molecular repair works at the inner-most layer of the hair to restore strength + elasticity to strands, reversing damage in just 4 minutes. $30 add on to any color/cut service.

Deep Conditioning Treatment Add-On

Rehydrate thirsty locks by using a deep conditioner activated by heat for approximately 30-45 minutes to allow the product to penetrate deeper within the hair shaft.
