Cancellation Policy

**Booking Fee** All clients are required to place a card on file at the time of scheduling and a non-refundable booking fee may be required for your service. The fee is assessed based on your services total, I.e. $0-$99 ($20 fee); $100-$199 ($50 fee), $200+ ($100 fee), etc. Booking Fee must be paid within 24 hours of scheduling or is subject to cancellation. After the third consecutive appointment without incident, you may no longer be required to pay a booking fee; however, we will use discretion in applying this booking fee to existing clients. Booking fees may still be applicable to all clients during busier times of the year or client who frequently cancel/reschedule. • The booking fee will be applied to the total of your treatment price and the remainder will be due upon check-out. • The booking fee will follow your appointment in the event you need to reschedule prior to the 72 hour Cancellation Policy window. You are allowed ONE reschedule to keep your booking fee. • You will forfeit the booking fee if you cancel/reschedule your appointment after the 72 hr Cancellation Policy and be required to pay an additional fee to re-book. (We will try to accommodate) • In the event of a same day cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show, you will forteit your booking fee and be charged the 50% No-Show Fee. • Please note that we are extremely busy yet try to be flexible and will try to accommodate the best we can in the event of an illness/emergency. **Cancellation, No-Show, Tardy, Downgrading** • In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require 72 hours notice should you need to make any appointment changes to your visit with us. • Confirmation email/texts are sent out 72 hours in advance. • You MUST confirm your appointment at that time or it may be subject to cancellation. • Appointment reminders sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. • Cancellations after the 72hr policy may result in forfeiture of your booking fee. • No-Shows will forfeit the booking fee as well as be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Please arrive to your appointment on time. In the event you are running late, please inform us and we can try to accommodate you as best as possible; however, you may have to forfeit parts of your service. (I.e. no blow dry) We allow a 15 minute grace period then your appointment will be treated as a no-show. • Downgrading your appointment (only wanting a mini-foil when booked for a full foil, etc.) after the 72 hour Cancellation Policy may result in being charged 50% of downgraded service. **Additional** • Services performed cannot be refunded. We will gladly make adjustments to any service you receive within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we request that you return to the salon so your hair can be visually inspected. At that time we will make every effort to correct any dissatisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist that performed your service, at no additional cost. • Please do not bring children or guests to appointments with you. We have limited seating for waiting guests. • If you are having a lash or brow treatment, please arrive without any makeup on.
